Final IPPT ?
Silver..
Although im glad i got silver ,
i ALMOST got Gold !!!!!!!
AARGGGHHHH

Shuttle Run - 9.6sec (was aiming for 8.9sec)
Pull-up - 10 (actually 8, tpi PTI kasi chance) lol
Standing Broad Jump - 240cm (Gold is 243cm -_-)
Sit-up - 40
2.4km - Less than a minute to Gold timingg!!!

So.. im left with 3 wks.
2 wks of Fire Scenarios' and Last wk to prepare for P.O.P. !!
im kinda afraid i'll nt be up to standard.
im afraid i'll forget all the BTMs.
